Mauro Lanza (1975) and Andrea Valle cheerfully take the plunge from herbarium to bestiary. In Regnum animale, they encircle a string trio with a fantastic bestiary of 28 imaginary animals, everyday devices suddenly endowed with a sound life. The Berlin-born Johannes Kreidler (1980), enfant terrible of unified Germany, also accumulates experiments as disparate as possible in Die “sich sammelnde Erfahrung„ (Benn): der Ton. Bernard Cavanna (1951) once again goes further into the fair-like atmosphere of the bal musette with a new version of his Karl Koop Konzert. The young Korean Dong-Myung Kim (1985), winner of the composition competition organised by 2e2m, will bring a touch of serenity to this concert turned upside down.
